Our wonderful company bought the office a Valentine’s Day lunch today! It’s pink lemonade, empanadas, plantain chips, rice and cupcakes for dessert.
The empanadas were cheeseburger (delicious), pernil (very good), teriyaki beef and broccoli (thought this would be good but it was just odd) and spinach & mozzarella (didn’t try this one).
We also got a bourbon red velvet cheesecake!
The cupcakes are from Crumbs and are pretty cute. I hope everyone is having a fun holiday! xoxo
